Everyone’s familiar with Campbell’s Soup Cans and Gold Marilyn Monroe by Andy Warhol, but this controversial artist exercised a variety of art media throughout his career. On view from April 10 to June 28, La Salle University Art Museum presents Andy Warhol: Portraiture and the Business of Art. The exhibition features a selection of Polaroids and black and white 8-by-10-inch silver gelatin prints created by Warhol during the 1970s and 1980s.

The opening reception for the exhibit will be held on Wednesday, April 11th from 5 to 7 p.m in the museum.

There will also be a Curator’s Talk with Klare Scarborough, Ph.D. on April 17th from 1-2 p.m. in Holroyd Hall, Room 190.
